Introducing Sales Genius

We're launching Sales Genius, a new AI workflow from Zero Inbox that helps you find the right people in your contacts and prepare short, specific sales emails for review.
Sales Genius is built around a simple idea: your inbox already knows who matters.
It contains the people you have met, the customers you have helped, the prospects you meant to follow up with, and the conversations that should not disappear into search. Instead of asking you to rebuild that context in another sales tool, Sales Genius starts with the contacts already connected to your email.
It reviews your personal or organization contacts, checks recent email history, syncs contact activity, and prepares a focused set of high-quality drafts for you to approve.
Nothing sends automatically. Sales Genius prepares the work, and you decide what happens next.
Email-native sales by default
Most sales tools begin by asking you to create another system.
Import contacts. Clean fields. Build lists. Write sequences. Check whether somebody has already heard from you recently. Keep the CRM updated after the real conversation happens somewhere else.
That approach can work, but it creates a gap between the tool and the relationship. The CRM says one thing. The inbox says another. The person on the other side experiences whatever gets sent.
Sales Genius starts closer to the source of truth.
The people you should contact are often already in your inbox. The missing layer is a system that can organize those contacts, understand recent context, and help you move at the right time.
Built from real contact context
Sales Genius resolves the contact source for the current user. If you are part of an organization, it can work from the organization's entity contacts. If not, it works from your personal contacts.
From there, it scans carefully instead of sending broadly.
It focuses on contacts marked to keep, skips contacts that do not look like real people, ignores contacts without usable email addresses, respects paused contacts, and backs off when there has been recent outbound activity.
The goal is not to turn every contact into a target. The goal is to find a small number of people where a thoughtful message may actually make sense.
The workflow has four parts:
Contact selection
Sales Genius finds usable contacts from your email-connected contact source, so the workflow starts from relationships you already have.
Context review
It checks recent messages, events, tags, company, role, saved instructions, and the author's own tonality, so outreach does not become generic when real context exists.
Draft creation
It prepares short sales emails for review, giving you momentum without handing over control of the relationship.
Human approval
You can edit, revise, approve, or dismiss each draft before anything is sent.
Thoughtful drafts, not automated blasts
Sales Genius creates drafts using the context that matters most: the contact's name, company, role, tags, recent email snippets, recent contact events, saved agent instructions, and the author's own tonality.
The default voice is warm, direct, and easy to reply to. Drafts are intentionally short. The goal is to build a real connection before asking for anything.
If there is no history, Sales Genius writes a light opener. If there has already been a conversation, it writes a gentle continuation. Each run prepares a limited set of review tasks, so the workflow stays focused.
You can open a draft, edit the subject or body directly, ask Sales Genius to revise it, dismiss it, or approve it.
Human approval by design
Sales email is personal. The right automation should help you notice the right moment, prepare the right message, and still leave the final judgment to you.
That is why Sales Genius is approval-first.
When you approve a draft, Sales Genius sends it through your connected Gmail or Outlook account. It then records the contact event and updates when that contact was last reached, so future runs have better context.
If you dismiss a draft, Sales Genius records that decision too. The system learns from the flow of real work without turning every contact into an automatic target.
This follows the same product principle that guides Zero Inbox:
- The Official AI Email Organizer.
- The Safest AI Email Cleaner.
- Asks for Permission every time.
- Does not auto-delete your emails like the other AI Email Cleaners.
Email contains relationships, deal context, customer history, and sensitive timing. More automation is useful only when control becomes clearer, not weaker.

The foundation for Email CRM
Sales Genius is part of a broader transition for Zero Inbox.
We are building toward Email CRM: a contact workspace that keeps people in one place from your emails. The first version starts with the contacts you can already see, then helps you choose who is suitable for a campaign.
The planned flow is simple:
- Start from your email contacts.
- Define the audience you want to reach.
- Filter contacts into recommended, maybe, and excluded groups.
- Review and approve recipients.
- Move to drafting only after approval.
This keeps the product grounded in the same principle as Sales Genius: use the inbox as the source of truth, prepare useful work, and keep approval between AI output and customer communication.
Availability and what's next
Sales Genius is available in Zero Inbox as an enabled product for paid plans.
We are continuing to improve the Email CRM direction, including better recipient selection, clearer campaign review states, and a tighter handoff from approved recipients to draft creation.
The goal is simple: your inbox already contains your network. Zero Inbox helps turn that network into organized contacts, thoughtful outreach, and fewer missed opportunities.
