Zero Inbox email cleaning workflow

MSP · VA · BPO partner program

Turn trusted customer relationships
into a bounded service.

A founding program for operator networks that already serve business mailboxes. Prove one delivery playbook with a small cohort, document the support boundary, then decide whether to prepay for network distribution.

Why the channel matters

Mailbox trust is expensive to earn and easy to waste.

Many small businesses will not buy an unfamiliar inbox workflow from a cold landing page. They will act when a trusted operator can explain the scope, support the review, and remain accountable after activation.

That makes an existing service network more valuable than a large undifferentiated audience—but only when the support model, account authorization, and economics work for both sides.

The founding proof tests delivery and distribution together. Neither side should scale a promise the operators cannot fulfill.

The paid proof

A bounded decision, not a platform leap.

We start with a narrow source, a named operator, and a written success definition. The output should make the next decision easier even if you stop after the proof.

01

Map the installed channel

Document active clients, operator capacity, mailbox providers, current service boundaries, buying authority, and the offer the partner can explain credibly.

02

Select a proof cohort

Choose a small set of consenting customers with comparable needs and a named operator for each account. Define onboarding and escalation before invitations go out.

03

Run the delivery playbook

Measure activation, operator time, review quality, support load, customer response, and exceptions. No automatic expansion follows a successful login.

04

Price the prepaid program

Use proof evidence to set commitments, support terms, commercial credits, capacity, and a rollout calendar for a larger network agreement.

Scope ledger

Know exactly what the proof does—and does not do.

High-stakes mailbox work needs clean boundaries. We document them before credentials, exports, or payment change hands.

Included

  • Channel and delivery-model workshop with named commercial and operating owners.
  • A bounded proof cohort, account-authorization flow, and operator playbook.
  • Enablement material, escalation rules, and proof-period technical support.
  • Activation, delivery effort, response, exception, and support-load closeout.
  • Proposed prepaid program terms when the proof clears its gates.

Explicitly excluded

  • Unapproved white-label, certification, exclusivity, or resale claims.
  • Cold outreach to the partner's clients by Zero Inbox.
  • Unlimited support, unlimited mailboxes, or undefined implementation work.
  • Revenue-share promises before payment handling and customer ownership are documented.

Qualification

A strong fit has authority, a real data source, and a deadline.

01You have an existing, permissioned relationship with business customers—not only a prospect list.
02You can name the operators who will own onboarding, review, and escalation.
03You have enough similar customers to make a cohort proof informative.
04A commercial decision-maker can approve a prepaid rollout within 30 days of proof completion.

Questions before access

The details we should settle early.

Who is this partner program for?

It is for MSPs, virtual-assistant networks, BPOs, agencies, and operators that already have trusted customer relationships, can run permissioned onboarding, and can own delivery quality.

Can partners resell Zero Inbox immediately?

Not by default. The founding proof defines the offer, support boundary, account authorization, commercial terms, and escalation path before any resale or white-label claim.

Does Zero Inbox provide customer lists?

No. The partner brings the customer relationship and lawful outreach channel. Zero Inbox provides the scoped workflow, enablement, and technical support agreed in the program.

Founding cohort

Bring the distribution you already earned.

Tell us who your operators serve, how delivery works today, and the decision date. We will reply with fit, cohort requirements, and the evidence needed before a larger commitment.
